Q1: How to place an order? Should I need to create an account?

A1: You can place the order with no registration. But we highly recommend you create a registered account before you place the order. The purchasing steps are as follows:

Q2: How to pay for my order? Do I have to have a PayPal account?

A2: We accept PayPal and other major credit cards (via checkout), a PayPal account is not necessary. You can choose “Pay with Credit Card” under the log-in form when you are transported to PayPal’s login page.

Q3: Why do I need to pay additional custom tax for my items?

A3: To avoid customs duty, or save you money on customs duty, we will usually declare a lower price on the shipping bill than the real price you paid. However, the customs duty is determined by the customs of your Country. And it is uncertain to know how much about it. If there is any customs fee, we are not responsible for that, and you should pay it, otherwise, your parcel will be returned or destroyed by the customs office in your Country. Your understanding would be appreciated. If you don’t need us to declare a low value. Please contact us before the shipment.

Q4: Do you ship to P.O. boxes and APO and FPO addresses?

A4: We are sorry that can’t ship to P.O. boxes, APO and FPO address. Please fullfill the actual address when you place the order. Thank you for your understanding.

Q5: If I pay on your website, is my information safe?

A5: Your payment information is kept by PayPal or your card organization, and will not be saved by us. We only use your shipping info for the delivery. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Q6: How to use my coupon code?

A6: The purchasing process on our website is: Add to Cart > Checkout > Confirm > Payment. When you are in the process of Checkout or Confirming, you can apply the coupon code.

Q7: Can I return the item I received back and get a full refund?

We shall take good care of packing your order before shipment. But sometimes the damage happens during the long distant delivery. Because almost all GK statues are made of resin, which kind of material is fragile. Please don’t worry, if this happened, we will do everything we can to help you!
