SHIPPING POLICY


Shipping Methods

  • We ships worldwide, Except for China, Hongkong (CN), Macao (CN), and The United States.
  • The default shipping methods we are using are Epacket, EMS, SAL/SEA.
  • Epacket is suitable for parcels which weight is less than 2KG.
  • EMS is suitable for parcels which weight is more than 2KG and the longest side of the box is less than 60cm.
  • SAL/SEA shipping method is suitable for parcels which weight is more than 2KG and the longest side of the box is longer than 60cm.

Shipping Fee

  • Please understand the shipping fee is excluded from the Figure‘s prices. Customers should pay shipping fee when their order(s) is ready to ship.
  • Please understand that we can’t offer the exact shipping fee for pre-order figures. Because we don’t know the exact weight and size of the figure(s) until they are produced out.
  • If you would like to know an estimated shipping cost of the figure(s) you are interested in, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]. But the estimated shipping cost is for reference only, please subject to the actual situation.

Processing Time

  • For pre-order figure(s), you may have to wait for months before you get them. Because the studios need time to produce them. Your understanding would be appreciated!
  • For in-stock figure(s), please allow us 1 – 7 business days to processing your order, we will try our best to arrange the shipment for you as soon as possible.

Shipping Time

  • For Epacket shipping way, it takes 7 – 20 days to arrive.
  • For the EMS shipping way, it takes 5 – 15 days to arrive.
  • For SAL/SEA shipping way, it takes 30 – 70 days to arrive.

Customs Duty

Generally speaking, you do not need to pay customs taxes when the box is small. To save your money on customs taxes or VAT taxes, we usually declare a low value (about 30% of the price) invoice with parcels. However, if there is any customs tax claimed by the customs office in your Country, we are not responsible for it. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Please note the P.O. Box address is not acceptable, please write the actual address when you place the order.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to change the address of your order. And we are not sure if it can be changed successfully after we shipped out your order. But we will try our best.
